Meeting Updates
The Downtown Development Authority (DDA) meeting scheduled for May 22nd at 7:30 pm, has been changed to May 29th, at same time.

Brush Chipping
The Village of Manchester provides brush chipping during the first week of each month, May through October, except for the month of July.
Please pull brush piles to the street no later than 7:00 am on the first Monday of the above months.

Red Barrel Program
A collection container will be installed this spring in the lower level of the Village hall for anonymous deposit of prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) drugs. It is hoped that by providing a way to dispose of these drugs, it will help curb

Road Work
It is difficult to fathom, much less be excited about more road work in the Village, however with the availability of State Surface Transportation Funding, the Village has the opportunity to apply for funding for several projects. This funding helps

Streetlights
You may have noticed along with the new LED lights downtown that the colorof the other streetlights in the Village are changing. The old mercury vapor lights are being changed out to high pressure sodium. This light glows with a more yellow

Village Parking
By Village ordinance, there is not parking on any curbed street between 2 am to 5 pm. Other no-parking zones are posted. Parking Fee Chart

Public Shared-Use Trail
The Village continues to plan with the Manchester Wellness Coalition for a walking and biking trail along the old railroad bed. The overland trail was included in the 5-year Pakrs and Recreation Plan and funding is being sought.
