The Planning Commission has nine members, appointed by Council, serving staggered three-year terms.  The Chairman and Secretary receive $25 per meeting and Commissioners receive $20 per meeting.  It meets monthly, with additional meetings as necessary.  the Planning Commission serves as an advisory body to the Council on matters of zoning and land use.  It also reviews and adopts the Village Master Plan.

Manchester Village Planning Commission meetings are held on the 2 nd Tuesday after the 1 st Monday of each month at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers of the Manchester Municipal Building, 912 City Road, Manchester, Michigan 48158
