Village of Manchester, Michigan

It is difficult to fathom, much less be excited about more road work in the Village, however with the availability of State Surface Transportation Funding, the Village has the opportunity to apply for funding for several projects.  This funding helps stretch village taxpayers dollars much further.  Projects in the application include:  Adrian Street mill and refill, chip seal and sidewalk; and Dutch Drive chip seal and LED streetlight retro fit.
