As of December 1st, 2011, recycling services are provided to residents by Stevens Disposal & Recycling Services. They will pick-up recyclables at Manchester Village curbsides each Wedneday morning starting at 7:30 am. This service is included on your monthly Village water and sewer bills at a rate of $2.50/month included in the trash fee (labeled OR).
