Commissions

The Village Council appoints a five-member Planning Commission and a seven-member Parks Commission. These Commissioners serve staggered, three-year terms. The Village Council also appoints various individuals to serve as representatives to other Village and community agencies.

With the renewed interest in the Village’s downtown, the Downtown Development Authority was formed in 2004. The nine member board serves staggered four-year terms.
